In 2019 HelloFresh sought to integrate a fast, efficient and safe pallet wrapping solution into their packing lines, to ensure a consistent pallet quality as their operation continued its rapid growth into 2020. Allpack visited its Banbury site, examining the current system and consulting on the best products to maximise staff safety and ensure a consistent workflow for each operation. The result was the introduction of the Grip™ Systems film dispenser, which has proven hugely successful in expediting hand wrapping processes and ensuring load stability for transport and storage.
In late 2020 Allpack increased its product offering, in securing a £600,000 contract to produce the company’s packaging and shipping labels, ensuring consistent, reliable delivery, and reducing lead times considerably, to facilitate an increase in throughput.
By operating on a stock and serve basis, Allpack has enabled HelloFresh to maximise its storage and production facilities, to ensure its continued growth into 2021.
