Mayflex go plastic-free.
Mayflex have partnered with Allpack for over 20 years and have recently launched a programme to remove as much ‘single use plastic’ from the supply chain as possible.
Working with Allpack, they have analysed every aspect of their fulfilment process and implemented changes in both their packing process and their packaging materials, resulting in removing nearly 12,000 kg of plastic from their operation.
Andy Cooper, Board Director at Mayflex, says: "As a result of consideration of our Environmental impact specifically in the use of single use plastics , we have worked with our Service provider Allpack to review our compete product spectrum and have transitioned away from single plastic use wherever possible.
"We start 2021 with a lesser impact on our global environment not only with our inbound product packaging but also with our subsequent outbound transit packaging supported by AllPack”.
