    The Challenge:

    Solution:


    Allpack deployed its Process Intelligence and Packaging Specialist skill set to audit the company’s existing packing process and materials. Once the audit was complete, Allpack’s Team of Packaging Consultants could analyse the end-to-end process and provide recommendations.

     

     

    Implementation:


    After Allpack analysed every aspect of the company’s fulfilment process and the recommendations were implemented, the new packing process and upgraded packaging materials.

     

    Results:
