In preparation for an increase in demand during the company’s peak period, one of our logistics partner clients was looking to optimise the packing operation for a large contract.

 

Solution:


After visiting the site, Allpack engineers provided an in-depth consultation, identifying means to improve their process flow by retrofitting innovative mailing bag containers, item inserts and waste bins into the 20-bench pack station setup.

 

 

Implementation:

The bespoke pack benches were designed specifically with the user, packaging process and packaging products used in mind, creating a seamless process flow for the operator. 

 

 

Results:

The result equipped the company for the peak period, allowing an increase in throughput of up to 20% without the need for additional staff or pack stations.
